Respect & a safe space

We are committed to a respectful, harassment-free environment for patients and staff. Abusive language or behaviour may result in dismissal from the practice.

Your first visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring your health card.

Missed appointments

If you can't make it, please give at least 24 hours' notice so another patient can be seen. Repeated no-shows may result in a fee.
